Products & Artwork

We make every effort to ensure artwork descriptions, dimensions, photography and pricing are accurate.

Due to the nature of original artwork, handcrafted framing and print production, slight variations in colour, texture, finish and framing may occur.

All dimensions provided are approximate unless otherwise stated.

Made-To-Order Prints

Artifex prints and framed prints are individually produced to order using premium materials and handcrafted framing processes.

Orders may be cancelled provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, we may not be able to stop the order process due to printing, framing and production workflows.

Pricing & Payments

All prices shown on our website are in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without notice.

In the unlikely event of a pricing or product description error, Artifex reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched or collected.

Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on artwork type, framing requirements and courier services.

Artifex is not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly when placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, customers must contact Artifex within 14 days of delivery with:

order details
a description of the issue
supporting photographs where applicable

Where appropriate, replacement items will be produced and shipped free of charge.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy for full information regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, photography, artwork images, logos, graphics and written content are the property of Artifex Galleries Llp or the respective artists and copyright holders.

Artwork images may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

The purchase of artwork or prints does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Website Usage

Users must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website functionality or use website content unlawfully.

Artifex reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where misuse is suspected.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artifex Galleries Llp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes rights granted under UK consumer law.
